Corniness off a Cliff: In 3 Parts

Part 1

Getting lost in deep chestnut pools

Entering a new universe of you.

Fire overwhelms the essence.

Tantamount the fish swim in nebula concurrently.

I’ll see you over the rainbow.

Dancing with the stars.

Tip toeing on the moon.

Laying in the clouds while you gently embrace my cocoa buttery skin.

In this dream called us.

Part 2

I hate your games.

Loosing my breath, so I do not sleep.

Loosing my mind, so I dare not think.

Loosing my heart to another, and I have no choice.

My heart is gone, but I have no voice.

Take it easy on me, as this is the beginning.

You took my body, so why are you daunting.

I watched my step until I fell.

Now I am truly your little dancing belle.

Part 3

The rush ends swiftly.

My heart finally sees a picture of the real boy.

A boy who loves his own chesnut pools rather than my oceans.

A boy who opens the door…. For himself.

I waited in the wings for no one to show.

Never expect more than the minimum.

This dream was a mere illusion.

Focus on the light, let the simple fish swim away.

Perform, turn it on, and move on with the day.

Smarminess disgusts me.

And I will swim in the seas of loneliness forever…
